About Me

I started making art when I was in preschool, guided by my Waldorf education, and the creative process has been part of my life since. Growing up in Maine, I was fortunate to have artistic and supporting parents and went on to graduate from Smith College with a degree in Studio Art, focus in painting.  I spent an informative junior year at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where I was required to take a 3D Class. It was one of my favorite art classes that year and influences my work today. I lived in Jackson, WY for 14 years before relocating in 2017 to Boulder, CO.  I find great inspiration from the natural world and from watching my two young children make art.
