Reclamation was started on election day as a way to release the tension, anger and fear that I was experiencing. As the weeks passed, it continued to be a canvas where big feelings could be expressed. What the piece has settled into is one that speaks to the ability to exist with it all…the beauty and the pain, the life and the death, the peace and the chaos.
