This piece was finished right before I had to set- up my booth at Cherry Creek Arts Festival, my first time exhibiting at the fair. I had been painting, painting, painting and really treasuring the time that I got to be in my studio, uninterrupted because my family was out of town. Immersing myself in my art, having this be my work, feels like a gift, a treasure.
