I can tell the mornings when I don’t start with my meditation and writing practice. Everything just feels a little slower and not as clear. There hasn’t been that quieting and emptying. When I do make it to the cushion and pick up the pen, the day takes on this energy that feels slightly electric. Not necessarily quicker, just more aligned and centered.
