The warmth of fresh coffee on the tongue. The warmth of a dog body lying next to you. The warmth of candle glow as the match catches wick. I’m someone who runs cold. Give me high temps over frigid any day (unless I am skiing). But I like seeing if I can generate internal warmth by noticing, awareness, breathe. Sometimes this is possible, other times a little harder.
