Time to myself allows me to be a better mother, friend, human. I do tip towards introversion and tend to fill up the tank by time alone, whether in my studio or outdoors in nature. Cliche as it might be, we cannot be there for anyone else if our bowl, our cup, our vessel is not full with goodness for ourselves first.
